Our clients provided us with a vision to develop their village contemporary property, which included the demolition of a previous structure and the construction of a new home, detached garage, and custom European greenhouse. Unique Paver Drive.
Due to the limited lot coverage available, this unique driveway was designed using permeable pavers and a low-maintenance artificial turf swath that enabled other elements to be incorporated into the project.

The unique architectural style of this village contemporary home, tucked into the Colonial Village of Zionsville allowed for an eclectic variety of elements to be designed into a compact space.
