In addition to his professional achievements, Ryan is also a devoted husband and father of three boys. He serves as the praise and worship leader for his local church, showcasing his passion for music and spirituality.
Ryan holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University, which has provided him with a strong foundation in the field. He is currently Vice President of the Indianapolis Landscape Association, demonstrating his commitment to the industry and his desire to contribute to its growth and development. Ryan is also a member of several other business groups throughout the state, further highlighting his dedication to networking and staying connected within the professional community.
Vice President / Designer
Mike Broge is a highly experienced professional in the landscape industry with over 20 years of expertise in design and sales. His contagious personality and extensive knowledge make him a trusted guide for clients, ensuring they feel at ease throughout the process. In addition to his professional achievements, Mike is also an avid grill master who loves cooking for his wife and daughter on the weekends.
Mike holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University, which has equipped him with a strong foundation in the field. He has also contributed to the industry as a past board member of the Indianapolis Landscape Association.
Director of Design / Sales
Leslie is a highly skilled landscape architect with a degree in Landscape Architecture from Ball State University. She has a strong passion for horticulture and design, which is evident in her work. With over 14 years of design/build experience, Leslie has honed her skills and expertise in creating beautiful and functional spaces for her clients.
What sets Leslie apart is her genuine love for her work. She truly enjoys the process of designing and creating spaces that not only look stunning but also serve a purpose. Leslie believes that a well-designed outdoor space can make a significant impact on people's lives and create lifelong memories.
When she's not busy working on projects, Leslie finds inspiration and creative energy from spending quality time with her husband and two young boys. They enjoy exploring nature, visiting botanical gardens, and discovering new plants and flowers together.

Derrick Imes is a highly experienced professional in the landscape and construction industry with over 25 years of expertise. He graduated from Tri-State University, where he gained a solid foundation in his field. Throughout his career, Derrick has worked on various projects on the East Coast and in South Florida, showcasing his versatility and adaptability.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Derrick enjoys traveling with his wife and two college-aged kids. This passion for exploration not only allows him to unwind but also provides him with a fresh perspective that he brings to his work.
Derrick's calm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail make him an excellent fit for the role of operations manager. His extensive experience and dedication to his craft ensure that he can effectively oversee and optimize operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes within the organization.
Project Coordinator
Kyle Temposky is a finance professional and a graduate of Indiana University. With over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry, he has developed a deep understanding of the business and its financial aspects. Kyle is passionate about his work and strives to make a positive impact in the industry.
Outside of his professional life, Kyle is a devoted family man. He is happily married and has two children who bring joy and fulfillment to his life. In his free time, Kyle enjoys exploring his love for food and trying out new restaurants. As a self-proclaimed foodie, he appreciates the art of culinary and enjoys discovering unique and delicious dishes.

He has a deep understanding of the industry and its trends, thanks to his previous ownership of a pool company for 11 years. Facility / Shop Manager
Eric McCoy is a seasoned professional in the landscape industry with over 30 years of experience. He began his journey at the young age of 16, starting as a laborer in the field. Through hard work and dedication, Eric quickly climbed the ranks and became a field manager, showcasing his exceptional skills and knowledge of the production side of the business.
With his extensive experience, Eric is the perfect fit for our shop and yard manager position. He possesses a deep understanding of how to keep crews running efficiently and ensure they have everything they need to excel in their work. Eric's expertise in managing resources and optimizing operations has undoubtedly contributed to our team's success.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending his spare time camping and riding his motorcycle. These hobbies reflect his adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. Eric's passion for nature and his dedication to his craft make him an invaluable asset to our organization.
Office Manager
Megan Reust is a dedicated professional who has been with Vive Exterior Design since 2016. She holds an associate's degree in business administration, which has helped her excel in her role at the company. Megan is a resident of Fishers and lives with her husband and two sons, Lucas and Zachary. In her free time, she enjoys going on vacations with her family and friends, creating lasting memories.
