THE VISION
RENOVATE AN EXISTING PROPERTY INTO A LAKEFRONT RESORT THAT UPDATES THE POOL & ENTERTAINING AREAS, DEVELOP STUNNING VIEWS WITH EASY ACCESS TO THE WATER.
Our clients came to us looking to update an existing property that had an organic-shaped pool but was in need of new pool decking, retaining walls, as well as decks, and entertaining spaces. The combination of masonry walls, Trex decking, and Unilock patios combined with the natural landscape plantings transformed this home into a lakefront resort.

Multi Functional Deck Storage
Form versus Function... why not include both? This project hosts a beautiful Trex viewing deck which doubles as a boat dock storage unit below. It's the best of both worlds!
Bocce Ball Court
Weekend and evening activities at this lakefront resort include a little friendly competition as family and friends gather to play bocce ball.
Custom Masonry Fireplace
This resort like setting is made up of numerous outdoor rooms and living spaces. Tucked around the corner from the pool deck is an intimate patio space with a wood burning masonry fireplace.
