He is currently Vice President of the Indianapolis Landscape Association, demonstrating his commitment to the industry and his desire to contribute to its growth and development. Ryan is also a member of several other business groups throughout the state, further highlighting his dedication to networking and staying connected within the professional community.

With over 14 years of design/build experience, Leslie has honed her skills and expertise in creating beautiful and functional spaces for her clients.
What sets Leslie apart is her genuine love for her work. She truly enjoys the process of designing and creating spaces that not only look stunning but also serve a purpose. Leslie believes that a well-designed outdoor space can make a significant impact on people's lives and create lifelong memories.
When she's not busy working on projects, Leslie finds inspiration and creative energy from spending quality time with her husband and two young boys. They enjoy exploring nature, visiting botanical gardens, and discovering new plants and flowers together.

Through hard work and dedication, Eric quickly climbed the ranks and became a field manager, showcasing his exceptional skills and knowledge of the production side of the business.
With his extensive experience, Eric is the perfect fit for our shop and yard manager position. He possesses a deep understanding of how to keep crews running efficiently and ensure they have everything they need to excel in their work. Eric's expertise in managing resources and optimizing operations has undoubtedly contributed to our team's success.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending his spare time camping and riding his motorcycle. These hobbies reflect his adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. Eric's passion for nature and his dedication to his craft make him an invaluable asset to our organization.

She holds an associate's degree in business administration, which has helped her excel in her role at the company. Megan is a resident of Fishers and lives with her husband and two sons, Lucas and Zachary. In her free time, she enjoys going on vacations with her family and friends, creating lasting memories.
